Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

We ship all our items in recyclable or biodegradable materials, using paper bubble wrap, cardboard, brown paper and paper based tapes & labels.

Dispatch

Time to dispatch is 3-5 working days for small items, large quantity orders and large items is 1-2 weeks. If you require an item sooner please let us know, but will keep to these times if not contacted.

 

At busy times this can also be longer, however if you need an order urgently please contact us and we'll do our best to help, we really want you to get what you need as quickly as possible so will do all we can to assist as far as we can.

 

Once an item has shipped you'll get tracking details, which are normally sent by email, please check your junk or spam folders if not received. Your tracking details will also be attached to your order if you login to the online store.

Small items examples: Small Chamber House; Hol Hay Feeder, Guinea Pig Turret

 

Large item examples: Hamster Run; Rabbit Bed; Rabbit Castle; Rabbit low Castle

 

Shipping

UK Shipping

All items are shipped using Evri standard delivery so once dispatched, items should be with you in 2-4 days. If you select Next Day delivery, the item will be with you in 1-2 days.

PLEASE NOTE: Dispatch and shipping times are separate, so selecting next day does not mean it will be shipped next day, as all items are subject to dispatch times above.

We can offer alternative carriers upon request, however please ask before ordering so we can confirm alternative prices.

 

Worldwide Shipping

We offer shipping worldwide and have a number of countries available with preset pricing.

Each country will have it's own shipping timescales, if unsure please ask and we will happily provide you with an estimate.

Any countries without shipping, please get in touch where we can advise costs and add these options on for you.

Missing Parcels

Please get in touch straightaway if you suspect your package has been lost or mislaid. We will look into it ASAP and get another item sent out to you as quickly as possible.

Return & Exchange Policy

If you wish to return or exchange an item for any reason within 28 days, then please get in touch by emailing us at info@happyhenryshomes.co.uk to let us know your reason for return and we'll get back to you within 24 hours.

The customer will be required to pay for return postage, unless the item is faulty for any reason. In this case, then please take photos and email us with details so we can assess the issue first.

Please ensure any returned item is packaged securely, preferably in the original packaging where possible. Any damage to the items upon return will mean refund or exchange won't be possible. This includes any marks or damage from chewing, nibbling, urine or defecation etc, as well as damage occurring from poorly wrapped or packaged items.
